Who I Am
Saundra Laidlaw, MA, LADC, LPCC
- I was born in Europe when my father was in the military. I attended public school in Columbus, Ohio and graduated in 1972. I received my undergraduate degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Religious Studies at St Cloud State University, St Cloud, MN in 2002. I received my Masters of Arts degree in Human Services; Marriage and Family Counseling in 2012 through Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA.
- I grew up in a Christian home from birth. I was ordained an Evangelist in 1983. Ordained a Pastor in 1999, and started Temple of Faith Church in 2000. I have been a Co-Pastor at Overcomers International Fellowship since 2001. I worked at St Cloud Hospital - Recovery Plus from 2011-2017 as a Chemical Dependency Counselor. I contracted under other providers in the St Cloud Area from 2017-2020 offering Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. I started Laidlaw Christian Counseling, LLC in 2020.
- When I need to take a break, I love to go to the movies with my husband, and sometimes fishing.
Medical Practice
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Using an eclectic treatment approach with a focus on Christian Counseling.
Patient Promise
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life based on Christian values.
